April 11-15, 2016

Each day before class begins:
1. Pick up your interactive notebook from the appropriate basket.
2. Sharpen any pencils. Make sure you have a writing utensil ready.
3. Record the Clear Target into your assignment book.
4. Complete the "Do Now," and be ready to share your work.
5. Unless the item is labeled graded or independent practice/assignment, the work will be completed in class.

Monday, April 11, 2016, Tuesday, April 12, 2016, and Wednesday, April 13, 2016 Clear Target: I can identify how a text fits various archetypal characters and/or plot devices, using dialogue and plot to support their conclusions.
  1. Vocabulary Will have an assessment with these words.
  2. The Veldt
  3. Annotate the text using the directions on your work.
  4. Create at least two questions for two different passages of the story and write the answers. We will use these as a class to guide our discussion of "The Veldt."
